Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized products, or items marked “Final Sale.”

Return Process

1. Email us  with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us at your own cost (we do not cover return shipping unless the item is defective).

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within [10] business days of receiving the returned item.
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
